I started my journey on MFP Jan 26, 11. I was motivated to take "before" pics for starting the 30DS, well I didn't finish the 30DS because I had a quarter marathon to run in the middle and level two was going to be too much on my knees. But I finally found the pics from April where I stood infront of the mirror. I just took pics in front of the mirror yesterday morning. There is a difference and I can ACTUALLY see it.....
It has taken me almost a year to be able to see the difference but I am excited that I am able to now.
