Exercise helps your brain! Read. This is exciting. My ex husband somewhow convinced my 20 year old autistic son that exercise actually wastes your brain cells. I'm SOOOO glad I found this article to convince him otherwise because he really likes to exercise. Now he'll do it because he has another scientific reason to do so.

I guess the stereo type of "dumb jock" is over?

    What a great article - I've passed it on to a few people. And as a side note, I have a good friend who credits rowing as the one thing that did the most to help her recover from a traumatic brain injury...guess I'd better hit the gym after work today!
