Everyone does not burn the same amout of calories. It depends on your current age, body weight, height, and effort. I am 5'5 / 155 lbs and consider myself an intermediate exerciser. I usually burn between 186-200 calories doing 30 day shred according to my HRM. Hope this helps.0

I use circuit training on here and it is usually around 232 calories and I am 5'5" and am 190lbs. Hope that helps0

I wear a HRM and burn between 170-200 calories.....its best to get yourself a good heart rate monitor, but if you cant, then record it as circuit training. HTH!0

I used it to help break out of a stubborn plateau and I lost 10 pounds. I counted it as circuit training.0

It's between 170 and 200, depending on how hard you push etc. The "official" number is 503 calories per hour for a 155 pound person. To convert this for 20 minutes at your weight, divide 503/155 to get calories per pound. Then multiply that by your weight. That will give you calories per hour. One level is 20 minutes (give or take), so take that number and then divide by 3 and that will give you the calories. Of course, I cheat, so I usually enter a bit less just to make sure I'm on track and not ruining my day by eating back "too many" calories.0

The only accurate count you are going to get, because everyone is different, is if you put on a HRM device to calculate your individual calorie burn based upon your height, weight, intensity and heart rate. When I do 30DayShred I burn between 515-600 calories in 20 minutes. But someone else may only burn 200...you see what I'm saying.0

I'm 5'5 and when I first started I could burn up to about 400-500 calories, but as I get fitter, around 200-350calories. just depends on the day. I use a HRM now, but you could use MFP circuit training0

Under exercise diary pull up circuit training and use that when you record the 30 day shred.0
