Hi!!!!
I'm a 28 year old mom of 2.... I work full time and have a very stressful job. In the past 2 years I have gained 40 lbs. I Need to stop making excuses about not being active and eating convenience foods. I want to be healthy and be able to not let my weight consume my life.
I am looking to connect and be pushed by others with the same goals and similar lifestyles. I think I can do this....... I just need to hold myself accountable!

You can do it! Once I figured out how food influences my body and the right amounts to eat things got a lot easier.0
