    Yes, I was surprised how cheap it was! lol! I guess they have trouble finding people to help milk the cow and the cow needs to be milked twice per day to stay healthy so they offer it at a very low price right now.

    I drink lactose free reduced fat or skim milk. It doesn't upset my tummy, and is a minimally processed nutritious food.
