NSVs Challenge Group

I see a lot of challenges on here all revolving around shedding pounds. As much as I'd love to join one, I would fail terribly because my weight is not dropping as quickly as it used to. Whereas I used to lose 3 lbs a week, now I'm losing that in a month's time. Whether it be because I'm closer to my goal weight (don't be fooled by the ticker; when I reach that goal, I want to lose yet another 10 lbs), or because I am not netting enough calories (I'm working on that!), I am losing very slowly.
However, I notice my jeans fitting looser and parts of my body (shoulders and legs) getting more "toned."
I started a group called the "NSVs Challenge group" focusing on inches lost and other NSVs, rather than numbers on the scale (we will have no weekly weigh-ins). Anyone is welcome to join!
My plan is to make individual groups of about 4 people in each group with people all in the same weight or height category - I've noticed big groups tend to disintegrate because there are too many people to communicate with - and each group will have a leader for the week with a daily exercise challenge. Then, another leader for the entire NSV Challenge Group will have to come up with a exercise and food challenge for the whole week.
I don't want to be the official leader - we can alternate on that. And input regarding the challenges for the week or any other ideas to make this challenge better are totally welcome!

I'd love to join. I've been trying to lose, but the scale isn't moving, although the measuring tape is!0

What a great idea!!! At this time, I need to see that scale move (still have lots of pounds to drop). BUT, in the future, hope to join your challenge, or one like it. Way to be creatively encouraging!!0

Ok I am sorry, I need more clarification. I do not even know what NSV means but would love to join. Please explain
* NSV= Non scale victory?
Also, I am going to start the 30 day shred on the 9th and that is supposed to help shed inches.0
