I'm...stuck.

I've never had this problem. In the last 5 1/5 months it's been smooth sailing for my weight loss! But in the last week, I've just gotten stuck. Not only am I not loosing, but it seems I'm gaining and I've been eating healthily and exercising!
Last week I lost 1.2kg and that put me down to 95.6. I was super happy with that! But this week, it started out good and I went down to 95.1kg and today I've jumped back up to 95.6kg.
I just can't seem to break into the 94's!
I first thought I wasn't eating enough so I started to eat some more, and most days when I exercise I burn 400 calories.
I'm 20, about 5'9 and have so far lost 26kg, but am no where near where I want to be.
So, does anyone have any advice for me? Or do I just need to ride it out and see what happens?
Many thanks in advance!
Edit: 1.2kg is a high number to lose, but I generally seem to average about 1kg loss each week. And I know a week isn't considered a plateau, I just wanted to get ahead of it if my body does decide to plateau!

Losing 1.2 kg in one week is a bit high. This increase may just be a correction. Your weight can fluctuate far more than a couple kg just with the ins and outs of food/fluids, urine/bowel movements, etc. You lose about half a kg a week in the water in your exhaled breath and have to replace that with fluid intake. It creates a natural bouncing up and down of your weight that has nothing to do with the fat you're trying to lose. One week is not even a plateau.0
