Weight balls

I have seen those weight balls while at my sons wrestling practice and I want to know if I should get one or how they would benefit me. I know I have seen on the BL them throwing it on the ground but I wouldn't be able to do that in my house not until it gets warm outside I would be able to do it outside. What can it tone or yea alright I will stop rambling. Thanks everyone. :flowerforyou:
