I just looked it up and it specifically says NOT to count calories. You are doing it wrong.0

does it call them calorie instead of calories?
See what I did there?
Oh I'm just so silly.0 -
Actually I didn't see what you did for an embarrassingly long time. I'm not too quick today.
But it does say that counting calories is time-consuming and joyless, and that you will never stick with it because of the sheer tedium. Funny, I spend about 5 minutes a day logging my food.0 -

Same. I spend another 3 hours trolling MFP.0 -

3500 calories = 1 lb of fat.
divide 3500 calories by 7 days to find the number per day, per week.
3500 / 7 = 500 per day
The specific number of calories you should eat will be specific to your Basal Metabolic Rate and your activity level. Find your BMR via MyFitnessPal or any number of calculators on the web. Subtract the calories per day (from the math above) from your daily needs to find your target caloric intake.
Measure everything (intake and output calories) religiously for several weeks to make sure you're on track.0 -

No sweets, snacks, or seconds?
I don't see anything special, just torture lol
It is just a diet that lowers calorie intake so you don't have to log. Wont make you lose extra0 -
