Ran my first 5k!

Ran my first 5k this am, finished at 31.7 min! I didn't think I could run the whole way but did and feel so proud of myself! :) Last year at this time I would be breathless walking around the block!! What a difference a year and 50+ less pounds can make!! Yippee!!:happy:

    That is awesome!! :-) I finished my first one on Thanksgiving, and a year ago I couldn't even jog 2 minutes at a "slow" pace! I bet you're addicted now!

    Good job! I am running my first one this weekend and I know my time wont be even close to as good as yours but I will be happy if I can get through the whole thing without walking any of it.
