my first week !

Hi just finishing my first week of using MFP, and I am a fan already. It really helps to remind me what I have to do.

I am becoming more aware of what foods are in terms of calories, and how much exercise I should be doing etc :happy:

Just got to make sure I am here for the long haul ! my goal weight is a long way away but healthy eating makes you feel good straight away.

Any one else in their first week? I lost 700 grams so far :smile:

Every little bit helps! I am not too fussed, just aiming to lose half a kilo a week until I get to goal weitght, I am happy to take it slow, so long as I get there and do exercise / eat healthy along the way.

    Congrats! Get some friends on here and add some people, it honestly helps in keeping you committed :)

    Hi there! Just signed up. It's my second week actually! =) Trying to cut down on my snacks and hitting the gym 3 times per week.

    I have a couple of friends who are doing this at the same time, they are the ones who suggested it to me to try :happy:

    Definately helps with motivation !
