hey

my polar ft40 says i need to eat 1650 calories and mfp says to eat 1200. who should i listen too?

    hmmm.... it sounds like the 1200 is with a goal of 2lb/week, and 1650 is a goal of 1lb per week. At least that's pretty much what mine changes to when I change my goals around. Not sure how the ft40 is calculating it
  • It depends really I find sticking to 1200 good if u havent done anything all day and mabye go for 1650 if u had workout that day

    my MFP says 1750 to maintain weight... i would think 1650 is to maintain you weight but net 1200 to lose weight.....
