I did the full-body circuit training on Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2011 for the second time, today, and I actually flipped off my Wii at one point. I even wrote a blog about it: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/robogreifer/view/in-which-i-m-introduced-to-my-arch-nemesis-175484.

Someone please tell me this isn't going to suck as much in a few days.

Also, I have a question. There are a few different training options (upper-body, lower-body, abs, and a couple different fully-body workouts). Should I do a different one on each of my (5) exercise days? I'm sort of leaning toward that, but I'd like some input. So far, I've attempted (and mostly succeeded in) both full-body ones. I don't know if I care that much about the abs one, but I'm still going to try all of them at least once.

Opinions? Suggestions? Commiserations?

I'd love to know how you (and others) feel about the quality of that "game". Been thinking to buy it, but have EA sports active already (and now her 30d shred) so good for now.

There's an actual game part to it, which I haven't tried yet. The circuit training mode, though, is really kicking my butt. I like it so far. I haven't done the DVDs, so I don't know how it holds up to those.

I ordered the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD - heard it works great for a lot of people, but I am nervous. It sounds like all her workouts are hard, no matter the platform. I just got the Biggest Loser Challenge for Wii, but had not tried it yet. I am bad at working out at home...gonna work on it though! I have always been a gym rat.
