So I'm on my 3rd 32 oz bottle of water and I feel like I'm going to float home!! Why does it seem that some days I'm so full my bladder is going to burst and other days - I feel like I didn't drink any water at all! I'm guessing it has to do with my food intake? More sodium holds more water? Anyone have any thoughts on this???

I just keep on drinking ....

I'm working on growing stronger to love myself enough to change!!!

Too much water dilutes your electrolytes and can cause strain on your cardiovascular and renal systems. You may be drinking too much. How much you need depends on several factors including diet, exercise habits and climate. But if you're drinking upwards of 100 ounces of water a day, and feeling water-logged, you probably are.

Wow - I never thought one could drink too much water but in fact you can! Of course - from what I'm reading - Water Intoxication is really only something infants or atheletes might encounter which ... I'm far from either, so I think I'm okay!

I know they usually say 8 glasses of water so 96 oz is about right ... I just shouldn't drink 96 oz in a 1/2 hour period!!

    Thank you for your advice!!!
