Just want to say hello. My name is James and I'm a soldier in in the Army. I had an injury to my ankle and haven't been able to do much and got fat. I'm at about 185 and need to get back down to about 165 to 170. So good luck to me and all of the others out there. I would love to hear training tips and if you have an questions about what I'm doing feel to ask.

Good morning, James ~ welcome! Thank you for your service BTW. This site has been a great aid for me; I hope it will be for you as well. Best of luck! :flowerforyou:0

Hi! Since you've done the whole Army thing, probably your normal workouts aren't going to work as well as you. I have no experience with it myself, but isn't it pretty hard-core? Your body then is likely a lot more fit than new-comers. Perhaps ask a fitness coach and see what your heartrate should be at for exercising. There's a certain rate it should be for fat burning vs cardio. If you're doing cardio rather than weight/resistance that is.0
