For those of you that have done the brazil butt lift...has it worked for you? I just saw the enfomercial and if it really works I want to get it. I've always had saddlebags and larger thighs since I was young. I really want to tone all that up and my bootie. Is online the only place you can buy it? I want to try it first before forking out all that much money.

i got mine on amazon for less than it goes for online. i've only done it a couple times, so i can't speak to results -- but it's tough and i definitely break a sweat!

it will definately give you a good booty workout. they have a 30 day money back gurantee just so ya know.
  • I had a trainer that used some of its exercises. YOU WILL FEEL THEM!
My glutes were screaming at me for about a day the first time we did them. As far as results, it's hard to say. I didn't do them for very long and they were just part of some circuit training I was doing.

I don't have Brazilian Butt Lift, so if you get it, definitely report back if you like it! I wanted to say, though, I had had them same thigh-saddlebag situation as you and I have had good results with the 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 from Jillian Michaels. If you haven't tried them, you might want to check them out of the library or something and see if you like them.
  • It does work and Leandro Carvalho (the instructor in the dvd's) knows his stuff. The workouts are both fun and challenging. Some of the workouts call for using ankle weights (for some of the floor exercises), but you will feel the burn a ton without the ankle weights!!!! The workouts mix in cardio with some strength training to burn fat and increase your endurance. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it obviously (working hard each time).

You should give it a try :) And, yes, there is a 30 day money back guarantee which is great.

Fun workouts, hated the cardio part of it, couldn't follow along right. Warning: stock up on the yellow bands! They tear easily. You're get @ most 3 workouts outta each one until you need a new one! I think they are $10 each. I loved the band workout and ankle weight workout along with the ab workout was good. Never stuck with it long enough to see results... I prefer goin to the gym which I did some of the ankle weight workouts @ the gym.

I just finished my second complete round of this workout and I love it! It definitely produces results. As for the yellow bands, mine lasted almost all the way through this second round, but finally tore on me last week. Don't bother ordering replacements through Beach Body, they're a rip-off at $10 a piece. I went to Target, spent $9.99, and got a three-pack of bands of varying resistances.
  • I also want to try it ! For now though, I am broke so I have been doing Butt Bible which is also an awesome workout!

Brazil Butt Lift is what I used to get myself started with exercise back in July. It's very challenging and fun...and if you stick with it you will probably see results in those areas you are concerned about. I agree with others that hated the cardio, I couldn't follow along very well either...at first...but after a couple of times it gets easier. I say go for it, it's worth the money.
  • yes, i do the Brazilian butt lift, it works great and carries over to squats and deadlifts. it is actually one of the strong mans assistance workouts that i have seen with great results. it will also increase speed in your tractor tire flips

Thank you for the input. I'm going to have to wait awhile before I have the money. After reading reviews online, I'm scared to try them. I weigh 197 and I'm 5'5" and not in shape at all. I'm trying to be dedicated to exercise. I do enjoy doing my zumba dvd's so maybe as a reward of sticking with exercise, I'll buy the BBL.
