I am shopping for a hrm and am not sure what kind I need? Any suggestions or tips?

Polar really is the best brand out there.. a lot of people(including me!) have either the FT4 or FT7.0 -
FT-4 is the cheapest with an accurate calorie counter - the FT7 is identical with the ability to store 80 more workouts (good for interval training), shows you when you are in fitness vs fat burning zone, and has an optional ability to upload to comp with a $50 accessory.0
