Hi I am new also. Just starting and giving it a try. I have knee troubles so working out isn't the best option for me. So keep looking for ideas. Hope this website will help keep me motivated:)

Try swimming - its really good limbering exercise, burns a lot of calories, and doesn't tear up knees or hips, and burns a lot of calories! Alternatively water aerobics is nearly as good.
