Ok, so i dont seem to be doing very well at this i am useless at discovering healthy, tasty low cal foods and i really cant stay away from junk food.
I want to loose around 7lb before Christmas. So i have 3 weeks. Is this possile and how can i achieve this? How much exercise do you reccomed a week, and does anyone have any tasty low cal ideas for lunch?

that's a lot to lose in such a short time...especially looking at your profile pic, you don't really look like you have any weight to lose!
I would try upping your protein and staying away from refined carbs...don't forget to eat your exercise calories

I always eat chicken and a salad it seems when im eating low cal ...seems boring but there are so many different spices that help me change the flavor up a bit. I use Walden Farms salad dressing too....its 0 cal 0 fat ....literally NOTHING in it but tastes pretty good!0

Spices are a huge help for making the boring food not so BLAAAAAAH. Do you like spicy? Cayenne or curry can make a lot of things a bit more zesty, lemon or lime wedges, some pepper...
Also it is about finding foods that you enjoy that are good for you. No point in eating salad if you end up hating life because you hate your food. (I love me some salad, so I have that!)0 -
I have a lot of salad, ham, chicken cheese but I sprinkle chili flakes over them to give them a bit more flavour.0

That's funny because I have the exact same weight loss goal- 7 lbs before Christmas. I don't know if I can achieve it, but I've been doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 6 times a week and I've been meticulously logging my calories. Don't be discouraged if it takes you a little bit longer, just make sure that you're doing it the healthy way.0
