All,
I was working out consistenly for about 8 weeks then I took a 1.5-2 month break. I have started back and 2 weeks in, I am not tired at all after working out: means 1 of 3 things if not all 3:1) not working out hard enough, 2) need to switch up work-outs or 3) I'm really as not out of shape as I thought I was after my 2 month break. Thoughts anyone?

these are my work-outs Have been doing these since I started MFP in 2010
Tae-Bo
Hip-Hop Abs
Walking- (as weather allows)

I'm generally not tired after I work out but I can feel it in my muscles. Is that what you're meaning? Do you feel like your heart is working when you're doing your cardio workouts? Can you carry on a conversation? Those are things to ask yourself and it's always good to mix things up so your body doesn't get used to things.

I love Tae Bo. It's my number one workout. I'm starting PT 24/7 today. I'm a big woman and l tend to do intense workouts and I don't be tired after I workout.
  • You might need to increase your workout intensity. I'm not generally "tired" after I workout. I'm usually energized. But during my workouts, I sweat and probably can't carry on a decent conversation. When I workout, I WORKOUT. LOL. I also wear a heart monitor to record my calories burned. That generally tells me what kind of a workout I'm doing. Hope this helps.

Depending how intense you train, you may or may not be tired afterwards. On days I train at a 8-10 on RPE scale, I'm dog tired afterwards, on days I train at a 5-7 I feel like I can go for a jog afterwards.
