My legs are burnt from doing squats and lunges yesterday was hoping to get my cardio in today I usually ride my exercise bike . I am wondering if any body has an upper body cardio work out they could suggest? Or should i just take the day off?

A light workout on the bike may very likely help your legs recover faster. It gets blood flowing through the muscles and that brings nutrients in to repair the damage, and takes the by products you don't want there out. Just don't do it at a high intensity. Low tension and perhaps a slower pace.

go ahead and ride your bike. your legs wont be harmed if they arent harmed already. feel the burn. like it...

Mine hurt for the same reason today but only in one leg.. So I just done a moderate walk for 17 minutes it actually stopped hurting during the workout.
