all natural diet

Options
My husband recently got sick and now wants to start eating an "all natural diet"/"raw diet." Any tips, ideas, issues... I'm just trying to get a better understanding of what I signed myself up for when I agreed. (I do all the shopping and cooking too for me, my husband and our 2 1/2 year old.) Thanks.

Read "Eat to Live" its a great book, all raw is very difficult expecially if you have children, but an all natural plant based diet is a great place to start. Its a matter of no longer planning your meals around the meat. Also remember to make the salad the "Main course". I have been transitioning my family for the last couple months, its not an over night change. Take your time and do your research and you will get into your groove. Good luck

If everything doesn't have to be raw, I would recommend doing a lot of steamed vegetables becasue there are so many different ones!
