Who owns this? Accuracy?
Husband wants to buy this for me for Christmas I think..
It says it can tell the difference between people ... but we weigh about the same so how does that work?

This is what I found in the Amazon review area:
"The scale has the ability to recognize more than one user. There is an algorithm that the server uses to determine which user is on the scale as it expects each user to have a significantly different weight and/or body fat % composition than other users. If it can not detect which user is on the scale from 2 different users, the scale will show an arrow so that by adjusting the users balance on the scale, the user can indicate which user they are. If there are 3 or more users using the scale, this process will not work and the users must each 'claim' or 'refuse' the weight on the web site for their tracking. Unfortunately, having a single user claim that weight will not remove it from the other user's records and each other user must also remove the 'unknown user' weight."0 -
you create your own Mii character and can use password to log in.. so it would know which was you or partner.0

I have it... I like it... It's about 1lb heavier than my old scale, but I don't know which one is right. I go by the trend though not the absolute number. If it can't tell which person it is, it shows a question mark and shows initials on each side, and asks you to lean towards your initials. If there's more than about a 10lb difference (maybe less) it can tell.
My one gripe is that the body fat percentage is ALLLLL over the place. Varies up to 5% from day to day, which frankly makes it worthless to me.
And my other gripe is that MFP hasn't added it yet.0 -
I have one and I like it.
IT seems pretty accurate and it can tell the difference between my wife and I.
Heck if my daughter steps on it it records it as well, but puts it as unknown person.
I like the app and website and it a great trending tool.
The body fat is not very accurate, but it is only a trending tool.0 -
Did anyone beside sme get this for Christmas?
I am probably the only woman in America who gota scale from their husband and did not kill him or think he was calling me fat!0
