TRX - how best to estimate calories burned?

I recently started TRX training, in an effort to get back on track. I was lost for a few months, but am determined to start tracking everything again.
I'm looking for advice on which exercise is best to approximate the calories burned in TRX. I was thinking of using circuit training because the rounds of exercises are separated by conditioning drills, but I'm not sure that one is best.
Any advice, tips or comments are greatly appreciated!!

    Wear a heart rate monitor during your workout & you'll get an accurate estimate. Everything else is totally inaccurate. I've compared the "circuit training" and various other labels on MFP & there's zero correlation with reality.
