Almost to goal!

I was originally planning to wait to post my pictures until I'd reached my goal, but when I noticed some slight definition in my obliques this morning, I just couldn't help it. The before pictures were taken in late July, at my highest weight ever, 152 (I'm 5'3.75" for reference), and an unknown, but very high body fat percentage. I just took the after pictures this morning, at a weight of 110 and a body fat in the ballpark of 19%.

Before:
Bust: 38 in
Waist: 32 in
Hips: 42 in
Thighs: 23.5 in
Clothing size: 10

After:

Bust: 33.5 in
Waist: 24.5 in
Hips: 34 in
Thighs: 19 in
Clothing size: 0-2

This is the result of a lot of push ups, pull ups, squats, lunges, rowing and intermittent fasting. Going for a goal body fat of about 18% and looking to put on a little more muscle.

I have the same height and start weight as you, so it's encouraging to see that it really is possible for me to get down to 110 like you! i was gonna stop losing weight at 125 and just maintain when i get there, but maybe I can go further!
  • You can do anything you set your mind to! For me, it wasn't so much about the number on the scale as it was my body fat percentage and how I looked. I wanted to be lean and toned, not skinny.
