So I just went and bought a couple of new shirts and I just went from a xxl to an xl. Shooting to hit the L, but getting down to an xl is great. Also I went in another notch in my belt.

    I was usually an XL for the past 7-8yrs..then a large for a bit. At the start of the summer, i put on a small dress shirt, and it was a perfect fit. I'm still an average sized guy...but smalls have gotten larger in the past 20yrs.

    Either way, feels good giving away all your 'too loose' clothing.
