2000 calorie weekly challenge 12/5-12/11

I have been having trouble exercising so I thought I would make this weekly calorie challenge. I feel like 2000 cals would be an easy goal and maybe next week we will up it a bit. Anyone want to join? You can add an exercise ticker or just keep a count at the bottom of your post. I was thinking we would share our workouts and have people to be accountable to. Anyone in?

    I'm definitely in! I do Insanity and I burn around 400-550 calories usually, so I should be able to make 2000 a week easily!

    depends on how many days that you exercise per week.

    So I had a migraine yesterday so I didn't get to work out. Oh well.

    Today I went to spin class and thought I was going to die. My legs are sore already! I haven't been to spin in a while and could totally feel it. But, I am proud of myself that I went. How did you all do?

    501 calories burned- 1499 to go :)

    Monday: Burned 1101 calories (Treadmill, elliptical, Tae Bo, 30ds Level 1)
    Tuesday: Burned 1024 calories (Tae Bo, Treadmill)

    Did my weightlifting class at Golds for 500 cals.

    Today's came out to 300 since it was a recovery day. So I'm at 1274, a little over half way! 726 to go, should have that done by Friday. My exercise week is from Sunday-Friday with Saturday being a rest day so if I included Sundays workout I would be a little bit ahead. but then again, the challenge ends on a Sunday so it'll all even out in the end! lol

    12/8 - jogging - 379 calories
