I'm on Level 1, Day 8. I'm already seeing results, I defenetly look slimmer, plus I lost 4 lbs so far. Waiting to be done level 1 to take my mesurements again and see how much I lost so far and will take them also after level 2 and 3.

Although I don't have pictures to share, I just finished Friday and lost 8 1/4 inches overall and 8 pounds! It is really worth it! I have muscle definiting in my arms now I didn't have before (profile pic). I am starting again Monday in hopes of modifying less and following Natalie more!
