    I am kind of new too. Honestly, I only want to lose about 7 lb.s. And I want to exercise a lot more and eat more healthy so I have energy and feel good. I get really hungry before bed. Anyone have any ideas on how to curb night time snacking? Sometimes my stomach is growling and I have already had my calories for the day. Thanks!
