Juice tips?

I have a strange shift at work at the moment (11-4) and I don't get a lunch break. I am thinking about preparing some sort of fruit or vege juice that I can drink on the job but also worried about it upsetting my stomach.

Do you have any good juicing combinations or suggestions? I'm not really sure if I should start with fruits, or veges or a combination of both and what are some interesting flavours?
