Good for you!!! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: I would love to try a personal trainer... Did you enjoy the experience, and was it worth the cost?

I love my trainer, she is showing me all kinds of stuff i would never have done on my own. I have only had 2 sessions with her so far, but obviously it is working. I could not have afforded this normally but the gym just had a an open house, and the price was greatly reduced, so i thought for the cost i am spending on weight watchers i could get a personal trainer for 8 weeks. It was well worth it.

She turned me onto this site and I am so happy that i did it. While Weight watchers worked for a little bit, and i always stayed in my points i was stuck. I was still eating way to many calories on WW. I am so pumped, while i know this was just the first week and i won't see these numbers every week, it is enough to get you motivated again.

I'm glad that you've had such great results, and it sound like you and your trainer ended up being a good match. Enjoy the experience... It's always nice to have someone there to push you out of your comfort zone a little bit!!!

I also had a good experience working with a trainer. I thought I was in shape, but I could barely walk the two days after my first workout. I used muscles I hadn't used in a while, and she threw in some cardio between strength exercises. I would highly recommend a trainer to mix up your routine a bit. Mine told me that you need to change your workout every three weeks or so.
