This weeks challenge: Get to bed at least 7 hours before you have to be up, not meaning you need to sleep 7 hours I know that is hard if other things come up, but let's all try to get to bed a bit earlier, it can help with weight loss.

I missed weigh in this week, there was not any loss but I have upped my weight lifting, and today I ran 2 miles, first time ever!0

Woohoo! I got biggest loser in my group this week....although I am up 3 lbs of bloat today....LOL...gotta get it back off this week.

Finally got my 7 hours of sleep- and it only took 2 night to add up to it. The baby has been sick, so I don't count dozing off in the rocking chair holding her as actual sleeping- my brain doesn't seem to count that either. But the fever is gone and her nose isn't quite as runny. Maybe tonight she will sleep0
