This weeks challenge: Get to bed at least 7 hours before you have to be up, not meaning you need to sleep 7 hours I know that is hard if other things come up, but let's all try to get to bed a bit earlier, it can help with weight loss.

    I missed weigh in this week, there was not any loss but I have upped my weight lifting, and today I ran 2 miles, first time ever!

    Finally got my 7 hours of sleep- and it only took 2 night to add up to it. The baby has been sick, so I don't count dozing off in the rocking chair holding her as actual sleeping- my brain doesn't seem to count that either. But the fever is gone and her nose isn't quite as runny. Maybe tonight she will sleep

    Hosting an office Christmas party here at the house tomorrow and gonna have lots of bad food. I'm hoping to keep it in moderation, but I usually don't work that way. Gonna do my weigh in on Friday as I usually do. I suspect it will be the same which isn't bad, just trying to maintain at this point.
