Has anyone else noticed that sexual activity doesn't come up in a search of Cardio activities?

It would be almost impossible for MFP to try to estimate - too many variables (position, level of effort, etc). Consider it a bonus or have a small snack to balance it out. Or wear a HRM during the deed and see what it tells you. LOL

They have different effort levels for cycling & different paces for running. The variables can't be that bad

    Hmmmmm.....

Mild, Moderate, Vigorous or P**n star for effort.

    Pace could be in strokes/minute???

if you really need to know that bad, use an HRM.

I picked up a bike computer to figure this out. Attaching the sensor is easy, can't figure out how to attach the magnet.
