Hey everybody!
I am not really new to mfp but u have not been very consistent at logging in nor have I been consistent at losing weight. So I made a big move today, my husband and step daughter are over weight also so I signed us all up at the YMCA. I am hoping tht as a family we will push each other to have a healthier lifestyle.

I could use some advice on how to break the old habits. I find it so hard to not just do what we normally do,come home from work make supper plop on the couch and watch Tv. So what do you guys do to keep yourself motivated?

Wish me luck

I treated working out as a job when I started. It was something I had to do. Now after seeing progress on the scale and off the scale, it's an addiction. I force myself not to workout one day a week.
