Does anyone actually see results after a week or so?

So I am trying to lose at least 1.5-2 pounds a week. After this week I have not lost anything. I am a little obsessive when it comes to tracking, and I am trying to eat good. I still feel like I am binging a bit. Should I just step up my workouts or what?
