I just finished signing up on MFP and have finished the profile and added a few pics of how I look right now. Not a pretty sight. I'm sure I have some more tweaking to do on the page to get it where it should be but I'm up and running.
I have set a pretty lofty goal especially for someone like me who is not exactly young and can burn this off easily. I know I have a lot of hard work in front of me. I also know I will have good weeks and bad weeks. I am hoping this site will provide me with enough support to get me though those bad weeks and keep me going.
Tonight, I will celebrate and indulge one last time, saying good bye to fat of shape me and waking up tomorrow to getting fit and in shape......BRAND NEW ME!!
