Body bugg digital armband

My hubby bought me a body bugg digital armband for my birthday per my interest in them. I am a little overwhelmed as I'm trying to figure this out. Anyone have one? Any tips?

    Put it on ... at the end of the day plug it into the computer ...
    I have a Body Media Fit but its pretty much the same thing from what I read ... :)

    Its been awesome for me.. .I found out I actually move more than I thought and I need to eat more... LOVE finding that out!

    Using the site but still having issues. Kinda bummed can't get figured out why it's not showing calories burned on the watch. Need to head to bed so no body bugg tomorrow when I go t the gym :(

    maybe take it to the gym with you. You could ask one of the trainers or other staff if they know how to use it.

    Wish we could! We only have 1 staff member and she's only there a couple hrs during the day when I'm doing daycare. We have a key entry 24 hr gym staff is never around. We don't have much in our town. Might have to call the support number since I'm not having much luck.

    Thanks for the ideas maybe I can find a local friend who has one.
