So, I was at the gym tonight and I couldn't get my heart rate above 130.. didn't matter how hard I worked, I think I peaked at 140... and if you know me, I normally am within the 150-170 range every single work out. Afterwards, my skin was freezing to the touch, I didn't even feel hot during the work out.
what the heck?

I've had that sometimes when I've been sick, I hope you are not coming down with something?

There were times when I felt like that before. I couldn't get my HR up and had difficulty breathing right and yawned alot.. don't remember about cold skin though. I think it has something to do with what you're eating? Perhaps not enough carbs or missing something else0

Sounds like me a few days ago, then bang, the next day I had a cold  Hope you're OK!
I exercised for the first time since Tuesday yesterday, now I'm at the tail end of this cold and I had the opposite effect, my heart rate was up at 170 - 175 (just out of the 'zone' according to my HRM) and I was burning hot, even though I felt physically OK with the exercise!
Hope you're not coming down with something!0
