Hello! My name is Charlotte, I am 23 years old and I am new to MyFitnessPal. My CW is 141 lbs. and my WG is to be between 120 and 125. I recently graduated from college and since graduating I have gained 21 lbs. in the last year and a half. I have some motivation to lose this weight but I do not have enough structure right now. I have been on the Weight Watchers program for a little over a month and I have not seen any change. I lost 3 lbs in my first week and have been fluctuating ever since. I found a link for MyFitnessPal on Pinterest and figured I would give it a shot. Hopefully I can find some members on this site that will help me through my journey and maybe I can do the same for some of you!
