Hello everyone!
Hope you are all having a great day. I have a simple question to ask everyone: Over the past 4ish months I have lost about 25 pounds by changing my diet completely and going to the gym when I can. I have finally reached my 'goal' weight (142 pounds). My problem area is still my stomach, I really want to tone it up since I still find it quite "flabby". I don't know much about ab exercises and was hoping for some pointers.
When I go to the gym I usually do about 30-40 min of cardio and mix in some weight machines to tone my legs mostly. I have also recently been doing ab ripper x every second night or so (will this help?)

I haven't done the P90X program myself but I've heard good things so my guess is yes it will help. I think core work is probably the most popular exercises, even golfers do them so they're pretty well researched.
Hope all goes well0 -
I did Insanity for almost the entire summer and it did wonders for my stomach. The core is the focus of almost every exercise but you never do a sit up. I would def look into it0

What are side planks?
Same as normal planks but on the side.0 -
ab ripper is awesome! lol, but the best time to do ab work is after cardio, as you use more of the the muscles after your body is warmed up. Great job on the weight loss!0

I've done ab ripper every other day and it will definitely get your tummy in shape. Of course, there are other ab exercises you can do but this is a great place to start. I really like the oblique v-ups!! )0
