I absolutely NEVER thought this day would come. I fit into the same size jeans I wore briefly in college, which is the smallest I've ever been. I never dreamed I would have this much success!
I've lost over a foot in my waist alone and an additional foot between my neck and hips. 75 lbs ago I was fat and lazy. Now I have to force myself to take a day off from the gym cannot even imagine carrying that extra weight around all of the time. This new life is the happiest I've been.
MFP has played a HUGE role in my success! Having the accountability and support is so important! Thank you to you all!
