Pumpkin Pie Porridge

1/2 cup Wild Oats
1/4 cup Pure Pumpkin (not Pumkin Pie Filling)
1 cup of Skim Milk
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (I used Victorian Epicure)

Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for approx 2 minutes (depending on your microwave; until most of the liquid has been absorbed).

Stir & Let sit 1 minute.

Enjoy!
