    Shift is a tough one, I would get carbs in early as possible, than taper off carbs or u won't be able to burn them off. Lots of protein, Eat big than when u get tired u won't be so tempted. just my opinion, good luck u can do this
  • Difficult one, but everyone here will help you and be very supportive. Good luck on the journey.
  • Pack your own foods the day before or before leaving work. Be sure to have healthy snacks with you and water. This is what I try doing on most days, otherwise I end up in fast food drive thrus.

    I don't really have any tips, but wanted to offer support. I thinking logging in every bit will help no mater when you eat. Good Luck!

    good morning! I eat at all times also just keep counting calories and keep your self moving. :)
