I'm a supply teacher and since I don't teach everyday, I'm wondering do I count the time I supply teach as exercise. I'm on my feet walking around the classroom for the entire day (excluding lunch). Since I don't do this everyday, I'm not sure if I should count it as part of my exercise, I know it wont be much of a burn. Just not sure what to do, any suggestions would be appreciated :flowerforyou:

That depends on your activity level. If you're active because of this at work, then no. If it's above what your activity level used to calculate intake is, then I say go for it. A calorie burned at work is a calorie burned none the less.0

get yourself a pedometer with cals burned on it and log them - pedometers arent always that accurate but I have an omron walkstyle pro and it is accurate I have counted 100 steps several time and it is accurate + - 2
I can put in weight etc so cals burned is reasonably accurate0
