My stomach and core is my "bad" spot and I know that your body loses fat the way it wants and not how you want it to, but I would really like to speed this process up in any way I can, so can anyone recommend any workout programs or exercises that I could try that focus on my belly. I already run on my treadmill at least five times a week for 30 to 40 mins and I do Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred, so I am looking for something I can either use to replace the Jillian Micheal's or just incorporate in with it.
