I know this has been asked a lot. I get confused reading everything that people right. So are you suppose to eat your calories that you earn from exercise or not?
Thanks!

Not a yes or no. It really makes no difference either way.0

Depends on what your goal with MFP is set at. If it's already set to lose 2 lbs, then eat back exercise calories. Unless you have a large amount of fat to lose, it's not a good idea to lose weight at a fast rate.
Set yourself to maintenance level and then use what you burn with exercise to create the deficit to lose fat. Don't eat them back.
Mine is set to lose .5 lbs a week. Therefore if I exercise and burn 250 - 500 calories, I don't eat them back. That way I just might lose 1lb a week instead. If I burn more than 500, I might eat an extra small snack in the day.0 -
