    Nuts
    Avocado
    Olive Oil
    Anything that incorporates those items
I'm sure there are way more but those are the top three in my mind.

I have tried to add more to my diet lately, as well.

Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, olive oil (homemade salad dressing is great), 2% greek yogurt, eggs (in moderation), low fat cheese (still adds up - I like Cabot 50%), almond butter, sun butter, natural peanut butter.

    Butter and other animal fats
    Coconut Oil
    Some Nut oils
    Nuts
    Avocado and Avocado oil
Olive Oil (should never be eaten heated or baked in the oven) use for salads and after cooking

    Stay away from:
    Safflower
    Peanut oil
    Canola oil
Any and all other vegetable oil

Better known as PUFA's are they are rancid and cause inflammation to occur in the body over time.

The best fats are unprocessed ones from foods such as nuts and seeds and avocado.

"Nuts and seeds, not oil, have shown dramatic protection against heart disease. We need to get more of our fats from these wholesome foods and less from processed oils." -nutritarian.com
