After 25 minutes on the Arc Trainer and 15 minutes on the Elliptical my HRM read= 475. When I got home to log it, my HRM read 571. Am I still burning? I averaged out my workout to 500 calories burned because of this.
Any help/advice appreciated. Thank you!

Yes your metabolism picks up and burns more calories then normal post work out... that's the reason mfp and other sites go over what your really burning because they know especially with in the first hour after your still burning at a higher rate...so i would go with the 571...because that is what your body is doing.0
