Another Newbie Saying Hello

Hi, I'm Karen. I'm 26 and I just started in the site a few days ago. I've started on my goal last year and I've taken off 20 lbs very slowly. But I definitely need some motivation to keep me going for another 25 lbs. And I did the first half without much exercise, and I'm trying to get to the gym for the rest of the weight, and not be a gym-phobic.
This seems like such a friendly and welcoming group. If your looking for a motivation buddy I'll do my best to cheer you on.

I have lost 6lbs in the last month, my goal is to keep it going at about this pace (for another 25lbs). I hate the gym (zzzzzz) and I also have not been exercising so I bought a used Gazelle and some workout videos and am now jammin out to them in the comfort of my own home....so far so good but I have my days and this site seems to really help.0
