Sugar free Jello!

I buy the powder Jello you prepare at home. Get some large glass bowls and make two batches of powder, sugar-free Jello in each bowl. That will make about 4 cups of Jello for 40 calories per bowl.

If you are craving something sweet or want a low calorie snack, eat Jello for nearly nothing! I keep 4 batches of Jello going at all times. Believe me, if you eat 8 cups of Jello you are going to get full!

Of course, you need to eat real food for nutrition too! But we all know that there are times you're tempted to do some mindless snacking when you really don't "have" the calories. That's when Jello can save the day and keep your calorie intake balanced!
